Meet Jenny Cavalier – Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Independent Prescriber & Founder of Redefine Clinic

I’m Jenny, the founder and lead practitioner at Redefine Clinic. With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare, I bring a strong clinical background and a warm, honest approach to everything I do.

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner and Independent Prescriber, I’m proud to continue working within the NHS in primary care, where I support patients across a wide range of medical concerns. This ongoing role keeps me grounded in evidence-based, patient-centred care — values that are at the heart of Redefine Clinic.

My journey into aesthetics was driven by a passion for facial anatomy, skin health, and the positive impact that subtle, natural-looking enhancements can have on self-confidence. I’ve completed extensive training in advanced aesthetic techniques, working with some of the UK’s leading aesthetic educators - My foundation training was with the Royal Society of Medicine in London. I continue to invest in ongoing education and development to stay at the forefront of this fast-evolving field.

At Redefine Clinic, I offer a range of medically led aesthetic treatments including:

• Anti-wrinkle injections

• Dermal fillers (lips, cheeks, jawline, chin & more)

• Skin boosters (such as Profhilo®)

• Medical application of injectable treatments (for conditions such as migraines, jaw tension and hyperhidrosis)

• Personalised skin consultations and prescription skincare plans

My aim is always to enhance—not change—your natural features, helping you feel refreshed and confident while maintaining a look that’s unmistakably you. Every face is unique, and I take great care in designing personalised treatment plans that suit your individual goals, lifestyle, and anatomy.

Jenny is a registered member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) and holds additional qualifications as an Independent Prescriber. She is also a member of the British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses (BAMAN) and the Royal College of Nursing (RCN).

She is also a registered practitioner with the International Hyperhidrosis Society (SweatHelp.org), specialising in the assessment and treatment of excessive sweating (hyperhidrosis).

Alongside her clinical practice, Jenny is involved in various projects - For example she is involved in a national working group focused on improving prescribing safety and contributing to proposed changes in UK legislation surrounding emergency medicines and stock holding.
